I need more time!!!

I am so not ready for Christmas yet... I don't know what the hell I am going to do when next year rolls around. I am strangely not quite ready to let go of all of what happened this past year, even the bad stuff. I'm not sure what that means. I think it has something to do with me being a stronger person. I also don't know if I'm ready for what may ( Read more... )

I don't think we'll ever have enough time to do what we really and truly want to do. Every year/day/week I keep telling myself "I want to do this" and "I want to do that" ... never works. I know! :)

oh god, i can't believe i'm going to say this, but here we go...

as the oldest fabulous lady in the gang, i can tell you from experience that time truly does go by a bit faster every year. you always think 'maybe next year it will slow down'. it doesn't.

my advice (which you can take or leave, as always):
- perfection is pretty... pretty unattainable. don't worry about perfect.
- always keep trying to learn from mistakes, no matter how bad or stupid or little those mistakes are.
- let go of what you can, and remember that whatever lurks in the fuzzy future, you will not face it alone. not with us around =)
- and most importantly... always, always, always make time to breathe and remember to take care of YOU.

ending my long ass post now. hehe.

p.s. there's always enough time for me to heart you.

I've got time to breathe and take care of myself and my man...I set priorities and when I'm at work, I'm at work - and when I'm home, I'm home. My spare time is limited, but I make the most of it. My income isn't the bestest in the world, but I can stretch the Hell outta it. Just gotta take things one day at a time, focus on the most easily attained objectives first, then work past that once they are completed. One goal at a time, you'll do great - you always have.
