Awww .... come on the scuttlebutt is that they're planning on making part three and bringing back Casper Van Dean as a general. According to imbd the production company will have mobile euthanasia trailers set up outsidet the theaters to aid the movie goer's once the exit the building.

*hears magazines going into weapons* Well it looks like you're going to war. But don't worry the Canadian government has already disarmed its population for you, so that should help keep the occupation forces safe. Of course with the current level of troop deployments those forces will be contracted from Wackenhut security.
