ive felt the same way a lot lately, baby. sleeping has not been easy for me either. have you done the herbal tea thing? chamomile? reading/watching tv til you fall asleep? none of those work for me, but they might for you. i go til i crash, which isnt healthy. go to the school nurse and see if she can give you some anit-anxiety medicine. thats what they did for me and my tummy problems. i hope you feel better, baby. the worst is in your head. take some time for yourself, your body is telling you somethihg.
