Since you had time to send me a message, I'm going to assume he's not attacking you.

Unless he's trying to turn you into a rat, or on the attack against someone, I can't leave Hogwarts. I told you that, that's why you are there. If there's an emergency, or the lad starts attcking you, I'll get there as soon as I can. Otherwise, deal with it, preferably WITHOUT resorting to transfiguring our ONLY source of information.
