Wordle 281 was certainly one that brought a bit of discussion since it lacked any typical vowels. I am glad you got it without any issues. I felt that anyone with a decent lexicon should have been able to solve it in the alotted six tries.
Aye, I agree, I didn't find it that difficult. I covered all vowels - including Y in the first three guesses, so once it was clear there weren't any others in there it was only a matter of finding a suitable word, and there aren't that many.
The first thing that came to my mind was the (sorta-)classic expression shy gypsy slyly spryly tryst by my crypt, but none of the five-letter ones in there would've worked (they all contained letters I'd already ruled out). Still, there's other words, and my second idea turned out ot be correct.
now the one that they had on a clone game called wordy was absolute yuck
my mate got it to a point where he had -ound and needed the first letter, yeah many,many,many letters fit into the first slot. I like creative and savvy, the word that his game chose was neither
