Costa Cruises

I don't recommend a Costa cruise.  A month ago one of their ships capsized and this week there was an engine room fire in another and they are currently drifting off Somalia and fighting off pirates.

I was actually on a cruise ship that had a mutiny. It was a bad cruise and there were a number of problems and I heard that right after we got off a major part of the crew left the boat at the next port of call.

I had that same thought this morning when this newest development was mentioned on the news. I mean, i bet you can get a good deal, if you don't have any long term plans. Plans like returning home alive and without traumatic, life-changing misfortune and new phobias of boats/water/Italian ship captains.
