Sad and surprising to see Hostess going out of business.  Not that I ate their bad for you food but still, surprising and bad news for the employees

fascinating, actually I think the old railroads had the defined benefit programs too

The federal government ditched defined benefits in the late 80's. My plan is like a 401K with a match up to 5%.

Me I will stick me being my own Boss, less crap to deal with, but if I decide to start Say a Electrical Semi truck company that deals with Solar Quick Charge Stations, Well then I would have that kind of Money to afford someone else to deal with the matter..
