I just got off the phone and I was informed that RENT (which I am slightly obsessed with) is closing forever on June 1st 2008. I am depressed, now I have to scramble and find a why to go to New York, and see the show. I have never been to New York so I look forward to going the only small, tiny problem is making my money for Portus stretch to cover ( Read more... )

That's so bad. I liked the movie, but I LOVED the Broadway show and watched it more time that it's healthy. I might have to go one more time.

At least you just have to get tickets...I will be so poor after paying for this plus Portus but it will SOOOOO be worth it!

Yeah and tickets aren't that expensive if you go to Times Square and get what's left. Last time, I got front row tickets at half price.
