So about a month ago, I bought a copy of Pokemon XD: Gale of Darkness from the GameStop down at the Provo Towne Centre Malllllllllllee about a month ago. Turns out it would get about five minutes into the game and freeze up

Can I just say that I really dislike that Game Stop? They have always talked down to me, treated me like I didn't know what I was talking about, and overall really lost some business from me.

Actually, that goes for most Game Stops. When I can find a non-defunct Software Etc. I try and go in there instead. You would being the same company it wouldn't be that different, but it seems to be.
