So I finally enrolled into the Culinary Academy to start classes on Jan 1st. Right now, I'm only taking the pastry chef classes which are mon-fri, for seven months. Now I just have to track down some scholarships to help fund my education. According to Fastweb, I qualify for about 26 said scholarships. Starting august 1st, I'm starting a new chapter in my life. I'm moving to a brand new land of opportunity with my girlie, and finally going back to school. When you're talking to someone and they're STARING at your mouth. I was at work today talking to this repair guy, and all of a sudden, he gets this entranced look on his face and begins to stare blankly at my mouth. It was kinda awkward. I was waiting for the guy to lean in for a smooch.

So today, on the way home from a very long day at work, the drive belt on my bike decided to snap while I was in the center lane of the 405. For those of you that don't know, the drive belt on a bike is what makes the rear tire move. So I stopped. I thought I had just stalled, but it was quite dead, in medium traffic on the 405. So Securitas didn't let me down. That whole Post commander offer was bullshit, as predicted, so I declined the offer of working in Aliso Viejo for 10.50/hr. I'm sorry, but there's no way in hell I'm willing to drive 60+ miles round trip, for 10 bucks an hour, that's just stupid.
