Now that all the crazy issues with Consumers energy are over and I have decided not to sue them or their crazy employees, my house has heat and The placement of things are coming along nicely :) all the appliances are inside as well. And the thing is, its their fault we were turned off, for not telling us about the new rules when we called to transfer our service!!

They are crazy, And to make matters worse, they are the only company here that handles electricity/gas
