Can I pull this off?

I think the skirt cut would actually work with my figure... I'm just wondering if the little belt at that level and the neckline would look absurd with my chest.

I'm gonna say no.
The belt being where it is, combined with your boobs and your height and the neckline would look...not so great.
I mean, you're still hot...but no.

My mom is pretty busty and she managed to wear a dress with a neckline similar to the green one on the right. Also, it looks like umpire waist (I think that is the correct term, I am not a tailor)and that usually looks good on my mother.
