So a long procession of military vehicles, police cars from various municipalities, and many guys in army gear doing those army chants while marching down Elmwood just went by my house.

what the...?

I'm pretty sure I would have noticed if martial law was declared last night. It didn't snow that much!

I have NO IDEA! The idea that it might have been some sort of training exercise was floated on Buffalodorks, but I can't imagine they would let them block traffic on the busiest street in the city, on a saturday, during peak shopping hours, for that.
