The headphone issue could be as simple as static. You may have simply sent it a charge. It happens. It could also mean that something is going on your motherboard.

what is polyanna? I think it was once explained to me and i just didnt comprehend it. Now i am older and wiser. Perhaps now is the time.

I think it's called xmas because most couples break up around this time of the year... Which is why the X is there and in spanish, mas means many or something like that... Eh. im just spouting bullshit. Except for the breakup rate.

the polyanna or however you spell it is where you are forced by an older relative, generally an aunt, to put your name into a bowl/vase/hat or cows head cookie jar and more importantly to take someone elses name out of it who was also forced to put their name in by the aunt. Now that you have this relatives name in hand, generally not someone you see more then twice a year, you must buy them a present. This supposedly reduces the number of presents you buy family members but the truth is that you still are forced to buy at least one.
