Reid arrived home to find his boyfriend in earnest conversation with his former best friend/secret crush/one-time enemy, Kevin Davis. Reid rolled his eyes. He wasn’t jealous of the feelings that Luke had once felt for blockhead. He just didn’t like the guy. But Luke had forgiven Kevin all once Kevin had apologized to him and made a painful confession. Apparently, Kevin had gone the route of vocal condemnation as opposed to being a man and admitting his bi-sexuality and his attraction to Luke ( ... )

Secret handshake--ha ha. And I love how Luke responds to Reid; this is why they're so good together. Enjoyed this lots!

Thanks. Between Luke's relative inexperience and Reid's dislike of people, poor Kevin would be so confused.

Thank you. In hindsight, I enjoy Kevin more now than I did back then. When you think about it, Kevin wasn't that much jerkier to Luke than Noah ended up being.

Would you believe that in the never ending fic that I have been working on all summer I have Kevin coming out as gay? I think the show originally through some leads to that effect with looks Kevin gave Luke and of course the back massage. I am all on board with this story. Seriously think about expanding it. It would be great.

Yeah, the whole massage thing was so funny. Kevin was the one insistent upon the massage and Holden was all freaked out about it.

In my headcanon, Kevin ends up with Roth [a day player who had one tiny single scene with Luke but who I am inordinately fond of for some reason - maybe because Noah was so jealous of him].

Hah, I remember Roth. Noah was jealous because Luke went to coffee with him while he was getting ready to move in with Maddie.

I may get lynched if I do a Kevin/Luke pairing, but I'm still thinking about pushing it a bit.
