Luke racked his brain for a response and said, “I break studs.”

Reid snorted into his drink. “I bet you do.”

“I mean I work with horses.”

Reid shook his head and pierced Luke with his gaze. “Right, I’m just going to put it out there, I’m a workaholic, lone wolf type, who’s looking for some action and you’ve been eye-fucking me since you walked through the door. Why don’t we drop the pretense because I have it on good authority there is a couch somewhere in here where we can be alone.”
