Oh, I liked this! I'm so glad Reid showed Angus the happy life that he has now, the happy life that he didn't have as a kid. Great use of the prompt! Oh, and I like the family the guys have with their Beth--very sweet.

It is. He's only a little bit of a meddler, but he comes from a long line of meddlers, it's not his fault.

I did debate it, his anger being harsher, but I felt like this was enough. Besides, Luke showed up and he had to stop otherwise meddling. I'm so glad you enjoyed.

Aww, love it! Sticking it to Angus but in a good way, the Beth sweetness! ♥ How things can change in just a couple years.

And for some reason, I find Reid winning at chess and imagining his smirk totally hot. ;)

Just some guy playing chess,” Reid lied. He’d tell Luke about it later, when they were safely in their hotel room and Luke wouldn’t feel any need to go run over there and patch up the broken pieces of Reid’s childhood.
