Let's revisit Luke and Noah's conversation outside java after Noah "balanced the books"Noah stormed out of Java after giving Reid an unfriendly smack on the arm. Luke stood staring after him not believing what he just witnessed. Noah was being hostile to Reid again

“Not too much anymore,” Luke admitted, “But I was hurting for a really long time.”

Especially this, because I was a little surprised when they played the Nukie card that late in the show. Really, Luke had totally seen the light at that point. ;)

“No. Frankly Noah, after this conversation I just don’t give a damn anymore.”

No kidding. The way they ran the summer, Noah wasn't ever in Luke's thoughts then suddenly Luke is all concerned about Noah's feelings when he sees Noah get all nasty with Reid. It made no sense (nothing did)
