Once he even asked Casey to pick Luke up after his wisdom teeth extraction because he went all the way to Carbondale to get Luke his Cherry Garcia ice cream when the shop in Oakdale was out of stock.

The nerve of Reid!

I love how we are able to compare and contrast Noah and Reid through Lily's twisted perceptions.

Luke beamed out a smile, propelled himself up from his chair and practically sprinted into Reid's open arms, careful not to crush the beautifully wrapped bouquet of tulips and freesia. He giggled when Reid smothered his face in kisses and blushed when Reid whispered in his ear.

Oh, twisted Lily. Yes, Reid's definitely nothing like Noah. “Honey, I'm home.” :) With a beautiful bouquet of springflowers! Don't you just love the guy!?!

Lily being irritated that Reid doesn't notice her womanly qualities...haha. Love this.

"Honey, I'm home." That made me smile. I can totally hear Reid, joking like that on entrance.

"it was Reid who kept trying to mend fences" -- because he loves Luke so much but also because Reid, even in the canon of the show, had an underlying need for acceptance, and the fact that Luke "got" him, understood him a bit, was one of the biggest attractions for him.

Lily is probably the only mother on the planet who ever resented the fact that her son was dating a caring doctor and not a barrista/unemployed filmmaker.

Loved this. I found it particularly interesting how Lily still wasn't totally comfortable with Luke being gay. It seems like the only ones uncomfortable with Luke's pda's are Lily and Noah! I hope Reid and Luke make her really uncomfortable at dinner ;)

Lily's just doesn't see the happiness does she. I like how Luke was ready to be done with her but Reid is the one who is insisting they keep trying to get her to come around. Nice job.

Unlike Lily, I'm glad Reid is nothing like Noah at all. So funny. When will Lily ever learn?

yeah the nerve of Reid driving far to get Luke's favorite ice cream when he had his wisdom teeth pulled because the store in town was out, Noah wouldn't of even thought of getting anything for Luke & would of probably yelled at him for inconveniencing him because he was working on his next "masterpiece" & then blamed him when it wasn't any good.
