I wrote this back during the rewatch last year. It takes place right after Reid says Luke's name for the first time.
Luke smiled and ducked his head.
"Anyway, Daddy Warbucks," Reid said, trying to catch Luke's eyes, "I'm going to go pack up some stuff at my apartment since I don't know when I'll be back here...I'll have a couple extra suitcases on the flight tomorrow. Why don't you call whoever you need to call to have that matchbox car with wings readied for us in the morning. I'll grab a cab back this way and pick you up at 10 a.m.? Is that too late?"
"That's fine," Luke said, nodding but still avoiding Reid's gaze.
"Hey," Reid said softly. Luke looked up. "Relax. Just forget it."
Luke gave Reid a weak smile, shrugged his shoulders, and nodded again.
"Okay...be in the lobby at 10 tomorrow morning," Reid said, reaching for the door. He turned around briefly. "Don't worry, Luke. It won't happen again...unless you want it to." And then he was gone.
