Luke was never one to live his life by a routine-not after he was expelled from college, anyway. Although he worked diligently at his Foundation, being the boss meant he worked his own hours. His schedule at Grimaldi Shipping varied depending on how urgently he was needed-which, once he had reliable people in place, wasn’t as often as it had been in the harried aftermath of Damian’s dumping the company in his lap. Luke loved how he was a slave to no schedule. Which wasn’t to say he did nothing-he kept himself extremely busy. But if he was in the middle of something and got a phone call from his sister Natalie needing him to pick her up from school, he could stop what he was doing and go do it. If his mother needed a shoulder to lean on because her latest romantic entanglement fell apart, Luke could be there for her

I am so, so glad that the show threw in that little tidbit about Reid's OCD tendicies because it is quite adorable and amusing to ponder. :)
