Reid had already left at four in the morning to start working at the hospital, while Luke awoke at six to start getting ready for work. Bree is still sleeping. Luke knocks on the door to see if she is ok, she is not much of an over sleeper. No one knows about the job loss. Luke crakes the door, he asked Bree to get dressed. He has a job for her. She slowly wakes up and even throws a pillow at the door; Luke tells Bree that she is going to work for him. Bree wakes up more.
Bree dazed and confused "What do you mean"?
"I got you a job. You’re going to be working with me, high up on the ladder too." Luke explains to Bree
Bree starts to get up and Luke closes the door, he notices that she is not dressed, from the mirror in the corner. He waits in the living room while Bree gets ready. She gets all dressed, Luke gets up and walks to the front door and opens it.
"READY!"
Bree looks at Luke, and smiles, she is hiding her drug use. But it doesn’t take Luke long to catch on though, the day he caught her popping pills, she wasn’t drinking but her eyes were getting redder and she even seemed a little lost at moments.
As the day went on Luke kept his eyes on her, he knew about her past. He didn’t want to judge her because it wasn’t his place but he knew he needed to tell Reid about what is going on with her. He knew something didn’t work out because she promised Reid that she will not go down this road again if she got out of the hospital.
At the end of the day Bree hasn’t even eaten all day, she started to speak fast and even have racing thoughts. She started to get twitchy, it was about 3 and Luke asked Bree if she was ready to go home.
"I thought we had to stay till 5?" Bree asked
"Best thing about being the owner, we can come and go when we want!" Luke smiled
"You can but I still have all this work to get gone." Bree told him
"You can finish that later" Luke told her
"You sure"? Bree questioned
"YES! Come on, let’s go home!" Luke smiled and told her
Bree put her stuff away and they go home. She got to the stairs and everything started to get blurry, she started to feel hot as well. Luke was a few steps ahead but noticed she wasn’t behind him; he turns and sees she is starting to freak out. Luke rushes up to her and sees that her eyes are all watery and she is breathing is getting bad.
Luke wants to take her to the hospital but Bree keeps pushing him away. With the struggle the pills came out. Luke picked them up and Bree tried to get them from him but he kept them out of her reach. He puts them in his front pocket and pulls Bree down the stairs even though she is uneasy on her feet.
Bree falls down the stairs. Luke rushes to her side. Luke is really close to his SUV. But he knows that he can’t get her to the car on his own, so he lays her down on the ground and get the SUV over to her. He then picks her up and puts her into the SUV and takes to the hospital.

With Luke speeding like a mad man, he almost ran over Jake. Jake yells at Luke. Luke gets out of the car, and he knows Jake is a doctor from the cloths he has on. He wants him to help her. Jake rushes over and looks at Bree. Jake asked Luke a bunch of questions. Luke gives Jake the pills and Jake puts him in his pocket, they get a gurney over to the car to puts Bree on it, she is now colder than ever, and pale as a ghost. She is unresponsive.
They rush her in the hospital with Reid working in a whole different part of the hospital he doesn’t even know what is going on. Luke is too worried and into the moment to even think about calling him. Jake is taking care of her and things start to get worse. They start to pump her stomach and she even lost her hart beet! Luke is waiting in the hall outside the room and seeing everyone start to rush around and yelling at one another is not good. Luke starts to freak out and even tears up; he falls to the floor and puts his face in his arms.
Reid is five floors up and two wings over and has no idea what is going on below. He takes care of a few people when Angie sees him from afar smiling and talking to another person about something. Angie starts to chicken out about telling him. But then Reid turns his head and sees Angie and tells the person that he will talk to him later. Reid runs over to Angie and asked her a question about something that happened with a patient but Reid stop med sentence and asked her “What’s wrong?” Angie looks at Reid and tells him what is happening downstairs. Reid lost it and dropped the folder he was holding and ran downstairs as fast as he could.
Reid blows though the doors like a mad man, and comes around the corner and sees Luke sitting on the floor crying and his head in his arms. Reid looks at Luke and yells “NO!!” Luke looks at Reid and Reid breaks into the room.
