Two thumbs WAY down

I hate it when people let you down. Especially when you take something to them based on there services, and then they tell you that your problem is fixable, and to come back in 3 hours. Well, I took our car there to get them to check it and make sure that it is all good for this weekend and to get a problem with the thermostat fixed. And they said

Ok...just two words for you...CALM DOWN. Geeze...I had my license for almost two weeks before I actually got to drive. Sorry about you not getting to see Jenny though. I will ttyl.
