...about making cake that's the consistency of a thick paste is, when you open the door to the freezer (somehow justifying to yourself that yes, that tray will stay balanced up there) and the tray with the glass cake pans falls off onto the ground and the cake pans break, the cake will be so gooey that it holds most of the pieces of glass together
