OMG, I was just saying to Miss Kitty earlier that if there was a course in Cheese, that I would want to take it. Well somebody must have overheard me because I was flipin through the Canadian Restaurant News and I happen to find this little article about a women who has started a cheese education guild. i have to go with the popular vote as well. mmmmmcheese. when i was little i used to put cheddar cheese in a bowl and melt it in the microwave - voila the perfect snack.
