I hate to break this to you, so I'll try to be nice about it.
Nobody loses 10 - 15 lbs without some degree of work.
Unless you start starving yourself or contract some kind of illness.
If you want to do it right, you *have to* work for it. Belly dancing, climbing the CN tower once a year and volleyball are a good start, but won't be enough. Well, it would...if you were 50.
Now, if you bumped up the frequency of these activities, you'd be set. I'd say each activity twice a week should do it. Since you can't climb the tower twice a week, I'd suggest ultimate frisbee or something similarly intense.
okay well from NO activity at all right now to playing volly ball and belly dancing, once a week and some other summer activities thrown in at random I figure I would have to lose some weight... wouldn't I?
I didn't mean I wouldn't work at it.. but I meant like I wouldn't have to join a gym or anthing that structured.. I could just do the belly dancing and the volleyball and some other FUN things that I enjoy and actually get FIT in the process..
It's odd... I know I'd get mad about little things that I do as well. I guess it's a classic case of people picking on others for the imperfections they (don't) see in themselves! Weird.
yeah I used to freak out on my sister for doing it.. because everytime I went to the bathroom there would be NO toilet paper.. I also used to get mad at her for leaving the shampoo/conditioner bottles open.. cuz water gets in them.
Now I never leave the bottles open and i hardly ever forget to replace the roll. but Im sure there are things I do that will annoy him so we will just have to talk about it first.. and hope for the best
