As part of my on-going detoxification program, I’m required to raise up my metabolism a notch. Which brings me to a word that I dread so very much -- physical activity.

how far do you run?
thing is, you need to distract yourself from stopping. for example, if you run around the block, set small goals like "just to that corner and then i'll stop a bit". when you get to the corner you go "the nest corner then i'll stop". and so on. before you know it, you've run the same block many times over.
if you ever need to stop, don't just stop. brisk walk.

lie on ur back and raise ur legs to a 45 degree angle. put your legs together, and using your feet, spell out the WHOLE name of your crush. as in letter by letter. crushes if you've eaten a hell lot of bad bad food. :)
