i may be in the minority here but i liked the earlier daily show episodes more than the newer ones.
the craig kilborn era (even though jon stewart > craig kilborn) was a lot funnier with brian unger, beth littleford, a. whitney brown and (in my opinion) a funnier stephen colbert (who can forget the homemade gaydar?).

I used to love the old daily show episodes. i think now he's just trying to stay with the "in" crowd without sounding "in" because it's so trendy to love the show. the reason why i love colbert so much is because he's the first guy to actually hit the absurdity (god, i hope that's spelled right, i'm a little out of it) of conservatives right on the head. every other person taht tried it failed. the craig kilborn era, i thought was good, but i'm a real colbert fan. i really loved craig kilborn (minnesota people just love minnesota people), but i think colbert has more substance...hahah as stupid as that sounds.

and basically, i love colbert because he reminds me of a lot of adults i know...including myself from time to time. and come on, he's hysterical at making fun of rain. and you know how i
