You know, this cold weather is great and all because you get to go out and buy cute scarves and jackets, but it's annoying that right when I get done shaving my legs in the shower, it feels prickly again becaue I get goosebumps all day. I hate that ( Read more... )

and it may hurt your feelings a bit, but the whole 'promotion' thing is kinda based on favorites. obviously there are people who work for you who are more qualified than others, but a big part of that is how you feel about your employees. so your judgement of qualification levels gets clouded sometimes by certain incedents that are irrelevant to your general work ethic ( ... )

i know, and i've been top in sales for two months running now. I just hate how the district manager said it probably won't happen but she only comes in the store once a month for like 4 hours. it's BOOSHIT mane!
