Betsy is actually doing quite well. She's torn between conflicting feelings, of course, but after all, she told me that we needed to leave in the first place.

It's war because some people refuse to let go or accept responsibility. I'll just leave it at that.

I'd like that. I am so out of the loop, and partly by purpose, because I didn't want my drama affecting other people.

Glad you have found the apartment, and I hope it works well for you.

I'm sorry the filing had to happen, and sorrier that it is "war", but it is a necessary step, and best for all concerned.

Well, I'll be starting a new household from scratch, so any spare furniture or dishes or the like would be appreciated. I'll have a better idea of what I need after I get what I do have moved in.

And, of course, I'll have a housearming at some point, lol

i've got some stuff you can have. it won't match but its stuff. you should join a freecycle list for where you live too

Cool! I'm not worried about matching at this point, trust me. Someone else told me about freecycle as well, I'll look it up.
