I overestimate every single person I come across.
We've all got these grade A exteriors and dried up horse shit for cores.
i don't know if we ever grow out of it but if you get to know any teenager and really get beneath all the bullshit you're gonna find the same exact thing in every one. everyone comes off so strong, so smart, so tough but they are all centerless. i see the core of most of the people i know as a small crumpled ball of rusty wires that just don't quite connect. i want to be and have people that you can peel away layers of and not be able to breach their surface and their center with the same stroke.
