So explain to me why it is that Monster.com has a more user friendly site when it comes to hunting up jobs, such as years of experience, or job category, etc. But CareerBuilder.com has more jobs posted up? I hate CareerBuilder! You can't choose experience level for jobs, and even when I search within the 'Accounting' careers I still get literally

More people search on Careerbuilder, therefore more employers post there... and therefore more people search there... and so more employers post there... it's a vicious circle!

That still doesn't explain why the medical transcription people are allowed to run rampant! Lol. Why no I haven't applied for that... didn't even know about it. I'll check it out. :) Btw do you have fabulous forth of july weekend plans? :P
