What to do with my life?

Oct 27, 2004 20:02

So I don't really know where to start. I've been thinking about quite a few things recently. I wish I were like Jordan Scott, and knew exactly where I was going next year, and what I was going to do when I got there. I guess I'll just write things out and see what happens. Pardon me if this is a bit out there ( Read more... )

Hey!!! I'd wonder where you had gone...I hadn't seen an entry from you in awhile. I'm sorry that your not sure what your going to do...but if it makes you feel better...I still have no idea either. But guess what I do know I'll be hanging around Ole Miss for another two years!!!...I don't know if I'm ever going to get out of here. Debbie Cakes Spurgeon has not been a very good advisor and I've gotten a little screwed over b/c they only offer Mus 422 in the Fall and Summer!!! So it pushes me back another semester!!! As for what I plan on doing after...I have no clue!!! I wish life were just a little bit easier!!! I hope you get things a figured out...Give me a call sometime!!!

Lauren, whaddaya say we get together and bash our heads against a wall until we both know where to go next?

I hear ya, hon. Take care.

(Why don't we BOTH teach abroad?? Hell, it's on my list too! Maybe we can go to teacher training in Prague together! see teachabroad.com)

What would you do for a Klondike bar? kwbmusicman October 30 2004, 11:54:58 UTC
For that chocolaty coated, ice cream loaded, big and thick- no room for a stick... what would you do-oo-oo for a Klondike bar?

Sorry... just had to do that....

Girl, you will be just fine! The most important thing is to remember to be happy with whatever you're doing. If grad school is not calling your name, then don't go. Schools will always be around when you decide to go back. Maybe you need a break from your reality. It might do you good to get out of town so you can think. Keep your chin up, and everything will work out. I'm thinking of you always. We all miss you! Come see us sometimes!
