Kiwicon Socks

A while back I was commissioned to knit a pair of socks which were to be conference swag for the keynote speaker at this year's Kiwicon (NZ hacker conference, for those not in the know). This year's conference graphics, on both the website and various memorabilia, depicted bad sheep of various kinds. So I tried to replicate that in the design I

Haha, those are great! And that's really cool that people appreciated your hard work, that kind of thing doesn't happen often enough.

Too true. I just got paid for them today - I didn't charge a specific amount, but gave my bank account number and said "pay what you think they're worth" - and I think these may be the most expensive socks in NZ.

Still trying to pick my jaw up off the floor. I can afford Christmas presents now!
