i am so in love with the plant life down here, as my DevArt gallery has been indicating lol. i get lost in plant life no matter where i go but... i once thought Southern California had the most spiff fauna but.... not now. i do miss ubertons of jasmine though. So Cal was so great for that...

i cant wait to someday have a yard. well, technically i do but i dont live there and its in NY. but one of my local friends said i can garden his property... its just a matter of our work schedules meshing for a change.

Well, maybe when we go to the keys we can go to the library of palms in Key west, they have some of the rarest living palm trees in the world there :) Some of them are sooo cool looking..
(even tho I am not currently a huge fan of Key west)

I'm in dire need of a damn yard. Gardening and doggie room! And maybe a koi pond, but how to keep the doggie out of it? Hmmm....

And the otters :)The same horticulturist is from north florida was telling me otters up there get into koi ponds and eat all of the koi :)
I got a small chuckle out of that although it does suck because koi are so expensive.

So Koi ponds attract otters? All the more reason for me to put in a Koi pond! ;)
