My sister's husband (huhu) Kyle joined the Marines. He lost a lot of weight and gained a lot of confidence and discipline. The only thing is you have to be their bitch for a couple years of your life. Also, if you score well on the placement test they have you take upon enlisting, you can pretty much choose what area you want to go into/where you want to go.
