I have started a regimen of running twice a day. Once in the morning when I wake up and once at night up and down the street my house is on. Ive been doing this everyday and I have noticed significant improvement in my stamina and have already lost 5 pounds from a week ago. Man I can't believe I didn't think of the EQ pots as being a problem. To my credit, I at least made sure you checked the volume pot.
