Cinco de Mayo, for me anyway, has always been one of the more confusing holidays. I’ve never really been sure what to do for the occasion. I like your answer! I can say that as an Irish American, I find it amusing that many people who are not Irish or Irish American have fun celebrating St. Patrick's Day. Sometimes I celebrate that day and sometimes I don't. Often I don't celebrate the day because it's just a bunch of annoying drunk people crowded into a bar. Not my idea of fun!

Exactly. Most of them have no idea who St. Patrick even was, just like they probably don't know the whole point of Cinco de Mayo.
