I'm sorry--I can't really apologize for the bulk of the male society, even though I'm sure with my personality I've already been ostracized from any machismo cliques in the least.

But it's too true--many people can just camp out, and wait for a relationship to fall apart. Earlier today, I was talking with a friend, who was trying to hook me up with someone, and the dialogue went a bit like this:
"But she's got a boyfriend--"
"Ah, that's cool."
"--but don't worry about it, he's in Asia, and they're thinking of breaking up--"
"Seriously, it's cool."
