a) screw her. you are ten times better than her alisha, in 20 million different ways. you don't need that crap from her.. and you have amazing friends to stand up for you, you have absolutely no reason to worry about it. and lastly, no one would even give a shit about waht she says?!!! everyone knows that alisha is freaking AMAZING, i mean come ON now.

b) you didn't do bad at the meet, i'm telling you. and it was your first meet, it can only go up from here. oh yes, and that stupid leg muscle pulling. grrr

the last past made me laughhh.
