If you have card games to print I recommend http://www.artscow.com - they do cards in various shapes, and it's pretty high quality printing (although not on very thick card).

Hey, you created gother than thou? That's great :)

whoa, artscow is super-expensive, and only does 54-card decks! The also don't do square cards.

Yep, Gother was my first 15-minutes of fame. I've been getting more and more famous in 15-minute increments ever since! :)

Super expensive? If Game Crafter is cheaper I may need to check it out. Artscow wasn't expensive when I used it though, they frequently have sales where all you pay is the shipping cost, so around $6. I guess they don't have one of those sales on now :)

How much would the equivalent cost from Game Crafter?

here is their cost estimator. A deck of 52 cards, including a box but not including shipping, is $7.63 USD.

What happened to the rights? Publisher chicanery?

Once I felt that there was no more money to be made from it, I sold the rights to someone who DID think there was still money to be made from it. I think he went out of business soon after. :(

that's the great thing about self-publishing. If there's any chicanery to be had, you're only chicaning yourself!

No!

Leave the capybaras alone!

(sadly I do not have a capybara icon, but this one will have to do)
