Hey Soubi. I know he's also talked to a few of my others, but... I'm betting only Rikuou left an impression?

Rikuou. Rikuou is a tough bunny. He's obviously quite secure with himself and not one to get pushed or be pushed around. Soubi considers him like he would another Fighter (does that make Kazahaya your Sacrifice? :P). Rikuou and Kio having past history means that on one hand you are friends with his only real friend...and on the other hand you are someone to keep tabs on. He doesn't consider Rikuou an enemy but although he's pleasant enough with Rikuou, he doesn't see Rikuou as the type that'd be best friends with Soubi. Only silly fruits like Kio can handle the masochist in him. However, he has caught a glimpse of Rikuou's tattoo, and that perks Soubi's interest quite a bit. So he'd definitely like to see more of Rikuou, if only to check out the tattoo again.

Soubi considers Claire to be pleasant, a little on the overly expressive happy side (it's all a lie, isn't it?), and altogether harmless. He sees her as someone that Ritsuka would like, meaning that he should treat her well enough in case she IS Ritsuka's friend.

She is nice and in his mind, an "innocent", someone who does not realize the realities in the balance of power and factions in the real world yet. If she were in trouble, he'd probably help her if she asked him to. And he was free.

Shuichi is a bit of a fruit. Just kidding...or maybe not?
Soubi doesn't bat an eye at funny coloured hair (it's hard when you live with Natsuo and Youji) but he thinks Shuichi is a bit insecure with himself. He's happy on the outside but Soubi notices something not quite...right on the inside. Perhaps a dark secret? Something makes his smiling exterior seem a little too happy.

If Soubi was intentionally being mean, I'd say that he thinks Teito is easy to pick on, haha. But he doesn't do things like that, he just doesn't care enough to say nice things to people.

Anyways, Teito is cute!, when he blushes, he's perfect for his taste and a little bit slow sometimes. Slow enough to be amusing for Soubi. However, other than that he just thinks Teito is a try-hard goody-goody. If asked for advice, Soubi would probably respond with ..."throw the boy in real trouble and then see how he does."
