My prayers go out to the 31 families of the victims of shooting on the Virginia Tech campus this morning.
Never before have I been so close to a tragedy like this. 
This is all just too hard to grasp.

I can't believe this. The first think I did was get on Facebook to see who I knew that went to Tech. So far I know about half of them are okay :(

All of the people I'm really close with I have been in contact with. But there's still a lot of people I know that I haven't heard back about yet. Now there are rumors going around that the gunman was a Radford University student... and that will be horrible, too.

It's all just so unreal. Everyone is in shock around here.
