Crop your image, and sharpen. Here is my base:
My original image was fairly dark, so I duplicated it one and set to 100% screen.
Set this to 100% exclusion:
Set this to 100% soft light:
Duplicate your base, bring to the top, desaturate and set to 100% soft light.
Add this by
ewanism and set to 100% screen:
Set this by
newkidfan to linear burn 100%.
Duplicate your base and bring to the top, set to soft light 100%.
And you're done!!
