Start with your base, sharpen.

Stick this to 100% exclusion, the hex code is #185F2E.

Duplicate your base and bring it to the top, set this layer to soft light 100%, and desaturate it.

It's kinda too green for me so add this to 100% exclusion, hex code #0B002A.

Flatten your image. I think it looks hot just as is, but if you want moooooore then keep on going.
Cut a strip of the image and paste it into a new layer, like a strip like this:

(Ignore the grey bits, that is to show you it's transparent).
Move the piece down to wherever you think looks good.
Flatten the image.
Stick a white strip somewhere overlapping where the two images meet.
Then add some text if you like, I prefer no text on my icons but it's up to you.
