why does he have to get like this? every time he is upset about something else, he ends up flying off the handle at me over something stupid. just because i don't want to go to the stupid car race with him...i have no interests. hello!!! i have plenty of interests. i think plays and musicals are a little more civilized than drag races, but ( Read more... )

I'm sure it's too late now, but I would have presented it as the fact that it's a day for the guys, and you don't want to take away from his enjoyment of time with his Dad and Brother, or of his enjoyment of the event since you're not interested. I know that when WWE did a Raw taping here, Will was supposed to go with me but thne couldn't so I made Prim use his ticket so I didn't have to go alone. She came, but I spent half the time worrying "Is she hating it? Is she bored? Is she hating me because she'd rather be at home?" and asking "You okay? Let me explain the stories, do you want popcorn? I'll go get you popcorn." Put it forward as that way, maybe it'll go over better.

you are such a guy. he is just being an ass. PERIOD!! every year he asks if i want to go and every year i politely say no thank you...go have fun with your dad and chris. he knows the situation. gotta go visit his grandpa who is sick. that is why he is stressed and cranky, BTW.
