Am I the only one whose sleep and depression cycle together? If I'm depressed, I don't sleep much and when I do... It's nightmares. If I'm “okay” mentally then I sleep a ton better. Nightmares still exist but I guess I don't get... into my dreams as much? More like watching a TV show then living it? (that may not make sense to anyone elses brain ( Read more... )
