The one part I had trouble with was the 'which name rings the loudest bell' question. I didn't know who any of those guys were until I looked them up. Maybe that's what helped my results.

Maybe 'peacemaker' isn't the right word. 'Troubleshooter' sounds a whole lot cooler.
