had some almonds this morning.... a good carb... very low carb too and you can snack on them enough to feel like you actually had a snack! have the beginning of hunger now.... my stomach telling me it wants more.... i big part of me wants to grab the atkins protein bar sitting next to me... to fill up this need... but there is voice, a small voice, telling me to go with this hunger... to ride it out... don't give in... embrace it, even.... i will see how long i can fight this need.... i've never really been good at fighting needs
