damn her tantalizing private sections

In Livejournal redux, after a long period of hesitancy, i finally submitted and signed up for Facebook. As before, i joined solely for the opportunity to view punkalicia's private parts. My problem is that i'm not clear as to what i'm supposed to do with the thing. And, no, i'm not playing dumb for humorous effect ( Read more... )

I signed up for Facebook at the request of Chloe's relatives (oddly) and then school friends and various family tracked me down. Lately it's become the place of choice for my crafty-colleagues.

And everytime my mom comments on my facebook, I still have a mini-heart attack.

Content wise, I don't use my facebook for much beyond picture sharing with friends or making snarky remarks about their statuses. You can use it to journal (either by writing notes or by having it pick up the RSS for your LJ). My blog content long ago mostly moved over to my own site even though I still check LJ.

well, I got facebook b/c of my mom, and a bunch of family is on it. so in general, I'm a little more selective about what I post, except not that much.

I find it easier to post links to facebook, but I find it fairly useless for longer bloggy posts, and discussion is typically very shallow, just b/c it's a pain in the ass, no threading, etc.

but it seems to have depopulated LJ, which is sad, b/c I miss the long awesome rants that LJ encourages.

I find Facebook is good mostly for reading what my college, ex-work, etc. friends and my in-laws are up to. Don't get involved in games; they're timewasting timesuckers.

I like facebook for keeping in very loose touch with old friends who I would never take the time to phone.

I miss you.

I have a husband and a wife now and 2.0 children, each wife giving birth to one. It's like a mormon family without the fanatical religion.
